Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 7777ck (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7777ck online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://7777ck.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Service").

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the Service is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. 3.2 Legal Capacity

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you; that you are not acting on behalf of any third party; and that you are accessing the Service for personal, recreational purposes only.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is designed for and marketed to Pakistani users. However, access is not permitted in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Users are responsible for determining whether their jurisdiction permits use of the Service. 7777ck may use technical measures, including IP geolocation, to enforce access restrictions, but such measures are not a guarantee of compliance and do not substitute for the User's own legal assessment.

3.4 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether for personal use, to circumvent restrictions, or to abuse bonus offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any related funds or bonuses.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and preferred currency (PKR). You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 7777ck strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and 7777ck shall bear no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

7777ck reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; (c) you are a minor; (d) KYC verification has failed; or (e) continued account access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

KYC Verification

5.1 Verification Obligation

7777ck is obligated to verify the identity and age of all Users as part of its AML and compliance framework. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time the Platform deems necessary for compliance purposes.

5.2 Acceptable Documents

Acceptable primary identification documents include a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current passport. Additional documents — such as proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months) and a selfie or liveness check — may be required at the Platform's discretion.

5.3 Document Integrity

You must not submit altered, digitally modified, cropped, obscured or otherwise falsified identity documents. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a serious offence under Pakistani law and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

5.4 Secure Submission

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. You must not send identity documents via email, unencrypted chat channels or any third-party application. 7777ck will never request your full CNIC number, banking PIN or password via chat or email.

Deposits & Payments

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

Available deposit methods are listed in the Platform's live cashier and may include familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah). The availability of any specific payment method is subject to the relevant provider's own terms and policies, applicable regulatory requirements, and the Platform's current cashier configuration.

References to these payment providers do not imply their endorsement or support of gambling services. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment method permits transactions to online betting platforms under applicable rules.

6.2 Deposit Currency

The Platform displays account balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Platform and communicated in the cashier interface. These limits may change without advance notice.

6.3 Prohibited Deposits

6.4 Deposit Processing

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected, the operator's internal review procedures and applicable compliance checks. 7777ck does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing speed. E-wallet withdrawals are generally processed more quickly than bank transfers, but exact timing is subject to the relevant provider's own processing infrastructure.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and published in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and may differ by payment method.

7.4 Withdrawal Holds

7777ck reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, AML review, fraud investigation or verification that bonus wagering requirements have been met. You will be notified if a hold is applied to your withdrawal request.

7.5 Unmet Bonus Conditions

Where a bonus has been credited to your account, you may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in accordance with the published bonus terms for that specific promotion.

Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. 7777ck reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.

8.2 Odds and Markets

All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play odds are updated in real time and may shift significantly during live events. It is your responsibility to verify odds at the point of bet confirmation.

8.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that odds or market information is published in error — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error or human mistake — 7777ck reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds and to restore account balances to their pre-bet state. Users may not exploit obvious pricing errors.

8.4 Event Cancellation and Void Bets

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned or does not complete in full (as defined by the relevant sport's governing body), bets on that event may be voided and stakes returned to your account, subject to applicable event-specific rules published in the Platform's betting rules section.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per market and per day. These limits are set by the Platform and published in the relevant market rules. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum will not be paid.

Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a bonus offer, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free bets or bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

The use of irregular betting patterns, coordinated wagering strategies, arbitrage, or any other method designed to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7777ck reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

9.4 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered to new users (up to PKR 10,000 or as currently advertised), eligibility is subject to the operator's active promotion terms, including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game restrictions, wagering multipliers and time limits. No specific bonus amount is guaranteed; published promotional amounts may change without notice.

Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

10. Depositing or withdrawing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, odds data, software, databases and the overall arrangement and presentation of the Service — is the proprietary intellectual property of 7777ck or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from 7777ck.

Any trademarks, service marks or trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party payment providers (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) are made for contextual purposes only and do not imply any commercial affiliation, endorsement or partnership.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7777ck, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of wagered funds, loss of profits, loss of data, system interruptions, delays in processing or settlement, or errors in odds or market data.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7777ck makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Service at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7777ck's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

7777ck reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your account. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered and licensed, as identified in the operator's licensing documentation. 7777ck does not claim to hold any license issued by Pakistani governmental authorities, and nothing in these Terms constitutes an assertion of legal compliance under Pakistani law.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the operator's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
